New Orleans Destination Wedding - October 25, 2008
Picking a photographer is an absolute nightmare when planning a long distance wedding, but Erin made that decision very easy.  She promptly responded to my repeated requests for more and more samples of her work because I wanted something more from my photographer then the typical boring wedding photographs of the bride looking demurely in the standard wedding party line ups.  I wanted something artistic, tasteful and non-traditional and I found that in E.marie Photography.  Erin catered to my every whim and even spent extra time with us after the wedding to capture those undefinable moments that make up a brides special day.  I love my photos and look fondly at them all the time.  I highly recommend the “Storybook” album; it has become one of my greatest treasures.  Thank you so much Erin for immortalizing my memories!

Children's Portrait Session - April, 2004
Erin is an amazing photographer!  She was so patient with my daughter.  Even through Emma's meltdowns Erin didn't miss a beat or even a shot!  The pictures turned out beautiful and we had a blast doing them.  Thank you Erin for creating memories that will last forever.

Slidell Wedding - October 24, 2009
Rachel and I were engaged for a little over two years. We didn't have the resources to have the "Big" wedding and we were in the middle of house hunting while I was settling into a new job. It seemed that everything happened at once and the "To Do" list just seemed to get longer and longer. We had no idea what to expect and took turns with the planning of our wedding to accommodate each other's work schedules. Once we got the church in order as well as the venue, flowers and invitations, we went back over our budget and, after we calmed down, we decided to finally tackle the photography. This was the biggest thing of all and according to a lot of people I've talked to, the "most" important thing to get absolutely right. We found E. Marie by chance and my fiance set up an appointment. Once we met with Erin, we felt at ease and we both knew right away that this was going to be our photographer. She met with us at her house and made us feel right at home.

She knew and understood about our budget concerns and she helped find a package that would, not only give us what we wanted, but, also not break our bank either. Erin was always prompt in getting in touch with us to go over various things concerning the schedule of the wedding events. When the big day FINALLY arrived I knew that the pictures would turn out great and they way exceeded my expectations. The pictures of our ceremony, before and after, were incredible. My wife and I are so happy to have started our journey in life together as husband and wife and we could not possibly thank Erin enough for giving us those memories to keep with us forever. We saved getting the photography last because we were both nervous about getting someone to do it right and, as it turned out, in the end, we saved the best for last. Thanks for everything Erin.
