Have you ever had one of those moments when you meet someone that you almost instantly feel like you have known for years?  That was what happened to me when I met Sharon.  She is THE Sharon Green of Sharon Green State Farm Agency here in Slidell.  And she is such a beautiful person...inside and out.  We had a great time getting to know each other at my studio while she had her makeup professionally applied by the amazingly talented Dee with Faces of Virtue.  And her super organized assistant, Shontell, joined us as well!  Shontell did an amazing job coordinating everything for Sharon's professional head shots.  It all really felt like too much fun to be considered work.

Sharon picked her three favorite images to use for her business and marketing.  And I can't wait to see them in print soon!

If you are in need of some updated professional headshots, give me a call or contact us via our website!  I would love to work with you.

Monica and Nicole's parents had double the excitement this year as both of their girls graduated!  Monica graduated with honors (and all sorts of fancy cords) from Southeastern Louisiana University (SLU). And her younger sister, Nicole, graduated from Slidell High with honors as well.  Monica decided to come in for a portrait to commemorate her college graduation.  And her dad had a great idea to include a portrait of the girls together as well.  I loved the idea...it was a great way to document such a special time in their lives.

Congratulations, girls!

We have another adorable baby girl on the blog this morning!  I had a blast with Sophie for her studio session.  Don't you just love her cheeks?!

Sophie's mom and grandma (who are both amazing teachers, by the way) were there with us for her session.  And she kept us all laughing the whole time!  So much personality...so much sass!

And she is a girl after my own heart...after a few minutes, she kicked off her shoes.  So,of course, I followed suit!  I love the shots of her cute bare feet.

Here are a few of my favorites from her session.

I was so honored when Charlotte's momma asked me to do her 6 months portraits for two reasons.  First and foremost, it is one of my absolute favorite ages to photograph.  But there was a bit of extra excitement for this particular session because Charlotte's mom and I went to school together.  So it was nice catching up with her as well.

I think it is safe to say that we are both planners...so we went in knowing exactly what we wanted out of the Just4Kids Mini Session.  And Charlotte did her part beautifully....so much so that it was hard to choose our favorites!  She is absolutely precious and her personality shined through her portraits.

Our Just4Kids Mini Sessions are such a hit!  For this particular session, we did 2 outfits that they brought in and we even had some extra time to put her into one of the tutus from the collection of fun things here at the studio.  If you are interested in a Just4Kids Mini Session, feel free to contact us today!  We would love the opportunity to work with you.
